A sleep over themed party with gachas and Free-For-Alls to match. Sleeping bags, soft wonderful sleeping bed pillows with awesome pillow cases that we can rez and sleep on or that we can carry under our arm. Same with the sleeping bags, awesome colors that we can rez, unroll and sleep on or roll up and wear to carry. Some cool birthday party games, like pin the tail on the donkey, I saw pinatas (which is awesome!!!), musical chairs (not sure how that would be made, but I'd love it) and Twister - yes!!!! puleeeze!!!! and Hula hoop and jump rope, which the kids would love.
Another part would be dancing - 60's music (so we can have the Beatles), but we could do 50's dances too (maybe another gacha to win the dances???). So the Twist, Mash Potato, the hamster/chicken dance (YES - there is such a thing!!!), that surfing song where we all pinch our nose and jiggle a bunch.
And might there be gifts, like Mr and Mrs Potato Head, cute doll house we could put things in (not sure how that would work either), Gumby and his red donkey, (what was his name - POKEY!!!), and a slinky - oh yes --- a slinky!!!! -- is there a way to make Pick Up Sticks? Oh and remember that mousetrap game - hee hee...too complicated - would rather have a slinky. Oh and Etch-a-Sketch - right up there with the slinky - puhleeeeze! Oh and Play-Doh - that was awesome stuff...never got hard and always tasted pretty good. Or was that paste???
And food, we need sodas in 60's style, so old logo style sodas, and some you don't see much anymore. A nice big cake - but ultimately, cupcakes!!!!! I love cupcake!!! and popcorn - and a movie? could we watch a movie? While we watch the chairs??? Maybe pictures of places folks have been with their [ free bird ] stuffs.
And there probably has to be a hunt of some sort (maybe these things could be a part of it...)
Anyway, it would all be a sleep over, cuz we could sleep outside, so maybe some tents, but not camping tents, per se', but the kind of tents we would build in our homes when we were kids. As I recall childhood architecture required they be made of sheets, cardboard, furniture parts and on occasion more unusual objects, such as tires or newspapers.
Anyway - just me thinking out loud.
